1. The Service
Flowmatic lets you build visual workflows that automate tasks across Discord, Twitch, email, HTTP APIs, and other connected services. Workflows execute on our infrastructure based on triggers you define.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Spam, harass, or harm any individual or community;
- Distribute malware, phishing, or other malicious content;
- Circumvent rate limits, scrape, or otherwise abuse the API;
- Violate Discord, Twitch, or any other connected platform's Terms of Service;
- Process personal data of others without a lawful basis;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
4. Your content and workflows
You retain ownership of the workflows, configurations, expressions, and data you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant Flowmatic a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and execute Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any third-party content, credentials, or data you bring to the Service.
5. Subscriptions and billing (CGV)
Flowmatic offers a free tier with usage limits and paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) with higher limits. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep access until then.
Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from the next renewal.
Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Where required (see withdrawal right below), refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
If you're a consumer based in the EU, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw without justification (Article L221-18, French Consumer Code). However, by subscribing and starting to use the Service immediately, you expressly waive this right per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (digital content delivered immediately on the basis of explicit consent).
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your data will be retained or deleted per the Privacy Policy.
8. Service availability — no warranty
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we provide it "as is" and don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific performance. Scheduled maintenance and incidents happen.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowmatic isn't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any direct damages won't exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 if you're on the free tier. This limitation doesn't apply to gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Third-party services
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Discord, Twitch, Google, Stripe, SMTP providers, etc.) on your behalf. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies — we're not responsible for their availability or conduct.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute we can't resolve amicably will be brought before the competent French courts, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.
Consumers may also refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
